If i maintain a peace of property in texas for six months can i claim that land?

Answer:
If you are talking about making an "adverse possession" claim of ownership, six months of maintainance is not enough.

Most states require at least five years of "open and notorious" possession and the payment of all expenses of the property, including the property tax.

At six months, you are only a squatter.

Actually the statutory period is closer to 15-20 years- at least on the east coast. It would depend where you live. You should be more worried about being a trespasser on someone else's property.
