Major car problem?Help??any lawyers out there?
I recently financed a 2000 Lincoln LS V8 is what the salesman said but come to find there is no lincoln logo with the V8 lettering as well. It puts at times and the AC does not work after they said they fixed what was wrong with it. This dealership is known to deal shady and commit fauld. I learned this after. So my question is can I sue him for not telling me what was wrong with the car before I bought it. I paid like 11,000 and it has 95,000 miles on it. cd changer missing long list of problems I came upon after I put in my mateniance for the vechicle.

Lemon laws only apply to the purchase of new cars, so those laws won't help you. Did you get any kind of a warranty with the car, or was it sold As-Is. If it was As-Is, you took a chance and lost.
Before purchasing a used car, it is your responsibility to make sure the car meets your requirements. You should have hired an independent mechanic to look a the car to make sure it was in sound mechanical shape. Since you didn't do so, you are responsible for any needed repairs, unless you got a warranty from the seller that would cover those needed repairs.
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but that's the law.
You paid way too much for that car
was it an "as is " sale...if so you are outa luck
They probably paid $2000 for it at the auction and have been laughing ever since they sold it 2 you.
If you sue...I will guarentee the lawyer will WIN and you will lose
Check and see if there is a Lemon Law in your state. That might be the only thing to get you out of this.
Good luck!;)
