Gang Members being Sued?
What do you think of the War on gangs? I feel in Los Angeles it should have been taken care of in the 70's when it started jumping off. Check out this link what do you think about it?

Yeah -- I'm amazed the courts have allowed as many of those injunctions as they have -- massive constitutional issues regarding freedom of assembly and freedom of association.
