Why clout heavy people like Sanjay Datt , treated differently ? is our lady justice blind ?

its not like that...as i seen in news he is treated as an ordinery prisoner..& having common room & toilets...according to me except minister no one is treated differently...and about our lady justice...i can say whenever any corrupt minister will get punished for his scandels she will never get blamed for blindness....
I think Sanjay Dutt does not deserve so much punishment for just keeping an illegal gun. His conduct was fine throughout. He did not steal anyone's property, nor did he commit any murder or rape. He just kept the gun for some time.
On the other hand, you see, politicians and other criminals having political nexus commit crimes daily on the streets. Most businessmen are no less criminals. But they are not punished. In fact, in every office in India, officials do so much corruption that it weakens the country's back-bone. But they are not punished.
In what way did Sanjay Dutt do so much harm to the country that he is awardwd six years of imprisonment, that too, rigorous imprisonment?
I think the punishment is too heavy in proportion to the fault. The legal system of India seems defective. This is my candid opinion.
