If I was in a Chapter 13 and my case was dismissed because of payment can I file again?

I started a new job but got fired . So now my case was dismissed.

There's a time limit on new filings after a dismissal - you should contact a bankruptcy practitioner to be certain, but I believe it's six months.

you can always try it. the worst they can do is reject it, right?
