Is It Lawful For A Man In INDIA to Marry his widows' sister?

There are several by-laws for this law..refer the constitution 357c section

A man who's wife is a widow is too dead to marry anyone, no matter what country, and would still be "married" in most.

good question for a country where reincarnation is believed to be common.
Wouldn't the corpse be committing bigamy?

In the US, you first consummate the marriage with your wife's sister, and THEN your wife makes herself a widow.
