Please help?
I arrived in US in february 2006.Applied for assylum .The judge denied all my claims after one year and half processing time .The decision he made is so harsh and unfair .He made a lot of mistakes in his decision statement indeed .I have to apeal the case otherwise i have to leave contry in 2 weeks .Is anybody out there have acurrate information about it?How long is the apeal time?I will appreciate it.I need to add which I have a 6 year old girl in my country .Is it anyway to have her here ?Her father will not accept to send her until I have a legal status in this country .Do you have any recommendation about it?Thank you
