"S 75 §§A DRIVING WHILE OPERATING PRIVLEGE SUSPENDED/REVOKED"... does this mean i could lose my license?
I was driving without my license. My tags were kinda falling off my window so a cop pulled me over. I was about to get my license back that week. I wasnt doing anything bad, save for driving w/o a license. I have it back now but just got a letter in the mail saying the message above. Is there anything i can do about this? am i going to lose my license again? thanks in advance for all of your help..

Driving without a licence is classed more seriously in some states and provinces than others, but in no place is it a minor offence. Why, why, why do people go out and break the law, then ask for help AFTER? Depending on the state you are charged in, you could receive up to one year in jail!
In NJ, for instance, minimum fines can be over $1261, fines, surcharges, and costs, and 6 month extended suspension.
I believe the shortest extra suspension in the US is 10 days, the longest is one year.
In Virginia, the court may, at its discretion, impound your vehicle for up to 90 days. Upon conviction, a new suspension may be issued for the same length of time as the original suspension.
Good luck, and next time, please obey the law, it will save a lot of grief.
It means you are being charged with driving without a license. And apparently, you already have lost your license.
So, yes, you could lose your license for even longer.
Sounds like you got your ticket in the mail...if you don't take care of it by the Due Date...YUP, you'll loose it again.
you've already lost your license dumb ***.
