I think Criminals are Social Liabilities and every one accept them. It can be a mental state due to sickness or a habit due the society in which they grow. I think when countries as well as homes opens their doors no one invades that. NO MORE TERRORISM- NO MORE CRIMINALS. I think Budhism also says that.

Your world views do not account for two factors.
1) the existence of socio/psycho paths and borderline personalities, together making up as much as 50% of our population.
2) the "lifeboat phenomenon" think of the world as a lifeboat with limited resources. Imagine the people in the water not only want in the boat but are actually breeding out there making more people who want in the boat. The boat is already full and adding more people risks making it sink and having everyone in the water so there would not even be anyone that could go for help. Worse, you have fools in the boat that still don't get it and want to pile everyone in anyway so the waves are lapping right at the top of the hull and you are all bailing water. No one has a right to take someone elses land. Its not a matter of truly owning the land but of owning the labor that went in to developing and farming the land, fighting to create the social structures and beneficial cultures that you would dilute, etc. Take mexico for example. I do mean mexico and not just central and south america. Mexicans ruined mexico. Period. Now they want to come here and ruin america also. Yes, a few of them work hard. But almost all of them want big government, they want huge families they cant support, they don't want to make the effort to educate themselves well enough to understand how corrupt people are abusing their government and they dont want to do anything about it. They would rather accept public education that is designed to produce obedient taxpaying workers and not indepent thinking politically astute sovergiens.
