What do you think if all Congressmen had to settle all laws like Wrestlers and on TV?
If all Congressmen had to pick their bills carefully and could only win in the "Congressional Wrestling Arena", would we be better off? Or just laughably entertained ?

good comparison to what we have now,a staged event. how about a boxing match? that would make term limits more realistic.

A number of years ago there was an advertisement that had the elderly heads of two nations duking it out rather than sending legions of young people into war (though today unfortunately I can't remember who promo'd the spot). I thought it was a fabulous idea back then, and it definitely would save the lives of thousands of young military. But back to your idea--wonder how many U.S. representatives and senators would shove pork into a bill if they had to literally fight to do it.
Both are totally staged events. Probably no difference, but amusing.
Yeah, a Nationally televised bad man contest. No rules and no gloves. The badest man gets the bill passed. But then if Arnold S. ever goes to Congress, then Rocky B. would have to go also.
