1.) What are reasons something can be filed under rape
2.)what can be filed under a restraining order
Answers:
rape is diff. in every state, no general rule. Down in California the law is so bad it only counts forced entry into the vagina as rape, by law, in California guys cannot be raped.

1. Any forceful sexual act on another or having sexual intercourse with anyone under legal age of consent can be filed under a specific rape charge.
2. A restraining order can be filed on anyone who has been ligitimately threatening your well being or against someone who lives under the same roof for almost any type of threatening behavior.
Those are general though. There's way more specifics depending on the jurisdiction and the statutes that particular state has adopted and in other individual circumstances.
