How many years can a 22 year old male get for concentual sex with a 16 year old female in IL?

According the Illinois law book you are looking at a felony 2 with 3-7 year penalty.

I'm guessing around 2-5, but with parole, maybe half that.
About three days until someone shanks ya in the lunch line. Those Illinois prisons are rough...my advice stop sleeping with people too young for you.
By law, there is no "concent" for a 16 year old. Sorry. :-{(
