How do you file a complaint against a lawyer who committed perjury or contempt?

This is a Canadian lawyer that made a statement and got caught by the Judge, but the Judge did not act on it
I need to know how to fly this with upper Canada law society, as they will not give you any help

Answers:
go to the DA

It's pretty much up to the judge -- but you can always file a complaint with the appropriate disciplinary committee if the lawyer's actions harmed you personally.
If the judge did not deem it serious enough to act on it, it is unlikely anyone else will.

There is a difference between an error and perjury (it could not be perjury unless the lawyer was under oath). The judge seems convinced the matter should be laid to rest. Perhaps moving on is best at this time.
