if your 16 year old son worked at a pizzaria with a 22 year old girl and wanted to date her, would you let him?

A 16 year old boy is not mature enough to deal with a 22 year old woman, and if she wanted a young boy, then she has some issues.
yeah why not if its only a date sure nothing wrong with that but if its the other way then no way sir or mam

depends if you think he's mature enough.....because a 22 yr old wanting to date a 16 yr old....she's not exactly looking for a serious relationship or taking him home for holidays, if you know what i mean...if your son justs wants an older fling, let let him fly :]

And, that 22 year old girl definitely has head problems if she is jonesing for your boy.
