How can we bring him to justice?
Mr. Frank is a 60 year old man, father of 3 daughters and 2 sons. He became permanently disabled by a huge brain stroke. He had no insurance. He was taken to a nursing home from hospital. For the last 6 years he is in that nursing home. He left some 1 million dollars in the bank. He hadn’t had a trusted one. So he hadn’t had a nominee. But his eldest son removed all of this 1 million by faking his dad’s signature. Now all others sisters and brother want some part of that money, he is their dad too. The eldest son removed this one million immediately after the stroke. He refuses to give any part to his sisters or brother. The money should go to nursing home, but the clever son transfers his dad frequently from one nursing home to another nursing home, so that nursing home may be confused in future. He made a false power of attorney. He used this money in his personal business now the value of that money is even more. Now how this money can go to proper place?

Contact the FBI. There is a forgery that has taken place, and the amount in dispute is large enough to involve a federal investigation. You have to prove that his signature has been forged, but if these documents were "signed" after the stroke, that is proof in itself. Obtain medical records of the exact date of the stroke...
So first thing is the son should be charged of the crimes he has committed ie. forging signatures etc
Since the money was entrusted to no one, none of them should get it and it should go towards the care of the father since it is HIS money in the first place. I'm assuming this happened in the States where you have to pay for pretty much everything. So his nursing home fees and all that should be taken out of the million.
All the money, and all money earned through investments, interest etc should be returned to the father.
