Do i have a case in small claims court #2?
i really have a problem with my situation, this golf complx should take responsibity for their clients actions, on this paper the golf complx manager gave me states he looked for the golfer, which was a blatant lie, he took my info. went into this office to make a copy and gave it to me. just to let you know i am a police officer and see crime all the time and when you have the responsible party (the company) why should i have to pay $50 or $250, i should not have to pay for other people wrong doings especially when you know who they are - the golf complx do not know i am a police officer (when i am off - i am off)

You parked in an area where there were chances of this incident occuring. You were at liberty to park anywhere else. How can you honestly hold someone liable for their actions and not hold yourself accountable for your choice to park there?
Paying for someone's "wrongdoings?" I'm sure this had no criminal intent behind it.

haha, next time show up in uniform and watch the manager step up to the plate. I do not agree with the person who said that you knew you were parked in a place where something could occur. No manager wants the police on their back, You should show up in uniform and demand them to do something
