Should my ex owe child support?
My son who is going to college, has never recieved any child support during college from his father. Is ther an Illinois law that requires him to pay or give anything?

That depends on the court order given him when he was first put on child support payments. Some of them say the man must pay until the child is 21 if the child is attending college. Contact the court and ask for a copy of the original court order for support.
