Tobacco and Cigars?
How old must one be in the U.S. to smoke tobacco products? I know you must be 18 to smoke tobacco, but how old do you have to be to SMOKE it?

actually technically, it isn't illegal for minors to buy tobacco in the U.S, it's illegal for people to sell it to them. And you can smoke if you're under 18..as long as you're not in like..Rhode Island, because it's illegal to posess tobacco if you're under 18 there.
