Ref. the 2 helicopter crashed in Phoenix, possible charges 4 suspect...?

getting a poll from everyone. let me preface this by saying that i'm pro law enforcement/hard on criminals but come on..trying to charge the idiot suspect with the death of the chopper crews is just moronic, imo. i'm open to hear any and all arguments pro and con (no pun intended, lol).. go for it folks.

Note: to get the 10 pts, you don't have to agree with me. i'm looking for the most though out argument

Answers:
I hope they do not charge the suspect with the deaths. But I bet they'll try to.

Yes the person should be charged with their deaths; for if he did not run and did not commit the act they would not have pursued - plain and simple cause and effect. Murder it is not - manslaughter it surely is.
When one commits a felony, one is responsible for all harm that results from that crime.

That is the reasoning.

The perp is guilty of felony manslaughter, same as if his actions had caused a fatal auto accident, or he had run down a pedestrian.
the copter crash is a FAA/DOT matter...there is no excuse other than pilot error for what happened
This person who ran from the police is putting a lot of peoples lives in danger and should be held responsible. When you see police lights it means stop. He ran now if he had run over a person would he be responsible? Sure he would, If a police officer gets killed in the chase he should be held accountable. Feel if were not for him these news reporters and pilots would still be alive. We don't need this kind of charter putting our kids or anyone else in harms way.
Well, in my opinion, the chase suspect should be charged with a minimum of manslaughter, as he was the cause and effect of the crash. However, if he should be charged with murder, to me, then you should also charge the auto manufacture for the auto he was driving during the chase, the refinery for providing the gasoline to go into the auto, his parents for his conception...... it gets to the point that political correctness is just about to shatter what is "right" in the world that we live in. Let's outlaw lawyers and bring the world to justice! Common sense will prevail!

Yes, he did cause the two helicopters to be out on the scene, however, he did not run one into the other. That is for the FAA to decide.

Of course we could just charge it up to what it really is, an accident! Again, just my opinion.
If you wanna charge somebody with the death of the crews is just plain ridiculous. In that case you must charge the cops for giving chase, the news manager for sending the choppers up,the FAA for allowing to many choppers to fill an air space all at the same time. The fact of the matter is this the only ones who were responsible have already paid with their lives.End Of Story.Rest In Peace for the pilots.
