i know its alot of legal jargon but im acting as `PRO SE’ or basically as my own attorney and im no lawyer. i'd appreciate any help.
Answer:
First place - don't file pro se - file sui juris - which means you stand upon your own jurisdiction.
pro se means you are coming to the court under their jurisdiction and they will mess with you over that - sui juris always raises eyebrows.
What you are seeking is a CIVIL filing -
don't listen to the guy about you being a fool for a client ... I have been fighting an entire City for 17 years now and am whooping their buttoxes ... they don't know what hit them when they have 10 plaintiffs against me - and most of them are attorneys or those that work in their office ... and I am putting them to shame ... actually, our heavenly Father is puting them to shame using me ...
hope this helped

You know what they say, the person that represents them-self has a fool for a client ... although I don't know all the legal jargon above, I would seek legal advice from the legal aid office in your municipality. They will often help Pro Se litigators with the legal jargon, even if they are not representing you. Emancipation is a tough case to win and its even tougher when you do win, since you are legally termed as an adult responsible for your own actions and well-being, yet unable to legally enter contracts and therefore can't sign leases, get utilities turned on, buy a car on credit etc., Good Luck!
