Last night there was an extremely suspicious man out in the parking lot. I think he stole a car!?
Last night I was taking out the trash (around 11:30 or so, pm), and since we live in aprtmts I had to walk out to the dumpster... On the way, in the parking lot, I saw a really dark black guy (is that racist? srry), with cornrowes (sp?) and either white beads in his hair or a white do-rag (once again, sp??). He was amlessly wandering through the parking lot, and looked like her was lost. I continued to the dumpster and threw away my trash. I was walking back home when I noticed that he was standing at the driver's door of a big gold SUV, and it was very dark, so I don't know what he was doing. I still had some trash to take out so I made another trip. The second time on my way to the dumpster, he was siting in a car on the other side of the parking lot, with the driver's door wide open, and he was leaning over. I couldn't really see what was going on. On the way back he was still siting in the car with the door open and the light on. I took the long way back home. (There's more)

You should have called the police while he was still there and reported a suspicious person. All you can do now is go to the police and see if anyone filed a police report for a stolen car from your area.
You should placed a "suspicious person" call to the local police and they would have checked him out. That's not racist, he was acting very odd. He was probably up to no good. I'm willing to bet the car was his, but the SUV wasn't.
u should call the police and file a report..it is your duty as an american citizen..u may get an award for your service if they catch him.
Maybe that was his car after all.I think you should call the police.
