if you know the county that it is issued in then go to that court website and they usually have a public access link and you just type in their name and d.o.b and it should give it to you. hope this helps good luck.

Best to just go to the cop shop and request to see it ... UNLESS - of course it is on you.
then you should send someone else to check on it.
