My company said that if I did't sign false report bout my helth?
they will dont let me back to work. What should I do
Answers:
Contact the Labor Board in your state or OSHA. If what you're saying is true, it's wrong and legally actionable.
Go back in with a dictaphone and tape them asking you to falsify reports. That is a BIG no no! and is also highly illegal.
Contact your union if you have one.
You should never sign a report that is false. However, not knowing the specifics of the situation, you should report this to your local Department of Labor.
Sounds like they want you to commit an offence so they can get rid of you. Or do they have a medical report that you don't like the look of?
Definately a no no. I would ask them to put it into writing what they are asking you to do. Then use this as evidence to take out a greivance against your employer.
They will back off if they won't put it into writing.
(Note to the others, this was asked on Yahoo UK).
DO NOT SIGN.
You can take legal advice from your union. If you are not in one, then you are screwed, but you may find the Citizens Advice Bureau to be of use.
