About birth certificates?

live in Australia. I was just wondering if someone can help me out. My daughters baby is due next month the father of the baby is causing some trouble. What I was wondering is if she puts his name on the certificate but he doesnt want to sign it, is the certificate still legal and all that will she still have the right to child support or does he need to sign it. What can she do if he refuses to sign it. If anyone knows or knows where I can find infomation about it. Would be much appreciated. Thanks

Answers:
Here in America, she can put the name down wheather he signs or not. Then, she has to take him to court. He would have to PROOVE he is not the father. Good luck.
