I put a date rape drug in this girl drink when she came to my home but when i went to the bathroom she switch?
I did not wake up the next day and lost my job. Can I file a lawsuit against her to recover my losted wages?

Sure you can but you also run the risk of being arrested for attempt date rape (assault). So don't think it would be a wise decision.
You can only sue her if she raped you while you were asleep.
And even if that was the case, I dont think you will either find a judge that will take the case, nor a lawyer that will even want to represent you.
