What are the penilties for stealing comminity street signs for a minor?
I know someone that was accuse of stealing a community named street sign, but he was somewhere else at the time that it was done. If he is named, what is the charges that he is facing knowing that he is a minor?

That depends on a lot of factors. Priors, judge's disposition, local ordinances, etc.
ask a lawer to be sure. But I guess it would be a couple thousand dollars fine and maybe jailed for short amount of time or community service. I don't know the real penalties.
if no one has proof of him committing the crime hes innocent until proven gilty
well I have stolen many street signs when I was a teenager but never got caught..but your friend considering he is a minor will proably jsut get community service if he is found guilty.
Honestly, if he pleads guilty (which, knowing our system, they'll get him to plead) he'll probably get community service, maybe a fine. As a minor, it'll be small, and it'll be sealed after he's 18, so it won't matter anyway.
If he pleads innocent and is somehow found guilty, it'd be a little harsher, but probably not bad still. Don't worry too much about it.
