What can i do about my neighbors?
I have just moved into a house that I am renting, about 3 months ago, and my neighbors Jeffery and Heather are making false reports. Well it all started when we live here about 3 weeks and my younger brother and his 2 friends tripped over their solar light, the neighbors had called the cops, (they didnt do anything), but being nice we bought them a new one. After that they seemed like everything was fine, talked to us etc. And ever since the light incident my cousin, friends any myself have heard them saying many vulgarites to my 14 yr old brother and his friends numerous times, I never said anything about it till one day I spoke up, and I guess thats what set them off, she said why dont you just move the **** out and if you dont I will make your life a living hell. So she has called the police saying their were dirty diapers in our back yard (which their was not), she has always called children and youth saying the kids are always outside naked and they crawl on the roof outside.

I had the same problem with my ex neighbor not so long ago. She was harassing us and calling the cops on our dogs. So my mom called the District Attorney and told him whats been happening. He gave her a call, I don't know what he said to her but a week later she was selling her house.

A quick way to cure that problem is to have your lawyer send them a letter that You will prosecute if they keep harassing you. By now children and Youth should know the claims are false and the cops know there is friction so that should keep them out of things. It is either that or do to them what they do to you but that makes you as low as they are so my first response is better.
Get a camera and try to catch some of the name calling and stuff on tape and then their credibility will be in question and maybe they will leave you alone.
well i have an answer for the problem with your brother and his friends tell them to walk the other way away from that ladys house and if they do somthing to you all YALL should call the cops on THEM i hope this helps.. they are terrible neighbors... and i thought i had bad neighbors!
