I left a deposit for an apartment now i see they posted availablilty today?
The reason i know it is the same apt. because there is only 2 apartment available one 2 bedroom and 1 3 bedroom and there advertising the 3 bedroom? i gave up my apt. the move is for sept 1

maybe they paid for a period of time for the ad to be run but they are telling callers they are uninterested, why dont you call and see what they say, after that you should take proper measures

If they say YES they are re-renting the apartment you thought was being held for you ... ask WHY
ask for both your money back, and compensation ... your old apt bridge burned, you think they owe you

Do not accuse them ... there may be some other apartment complex you are not aware of that the same people own
