Can I sue my neighbor?

He invited me over for a pool party, but he didn't tell me about this special chemical in his pool that makes the water turn green upon contact with urine. When I peed in his pool, the water around me turned green and everyone knew what had happened. I was humiliated. Plus he yelled at me and made me get out of the pool.

Answers:
You're kidding, right?

You don't have a constitutional right of privacy when you pee in the neighbor's pool.

" Welcome to the OOL, Notice there's no P in POOL we want to keep it that way"
That's hilarious. If it is true, it serves you right.
Oh ya definitely sue him. I mean, you'd be crazy NOT TO!

lmao.
Heck, I wouldn't want to go to court to tell that to the judge. Do you really want to talk about peeing in someone's pool to a judge or lawyer? Nowadays, anyone can sue anyone for just about anything, but be prepared for the humiliation.
If you call yourself puddles, he was most likely expecting you to P in the ool..

You know the rule, you should always try to p at home before you go anywhere, especially in the p ool.
Yes. Tell him that the urine came from a rodent you saw jump in the pool. He blamed the incident on you damaging your reputation and integrity. He should be sued for jumping to the wrong conclusion and causing irreparable damage to your reputation and mental health.
hey troll,

I see you are trying the turn the pool water colors myth .

Just so you know, there are no such chemicals.

It's a myth.
Let me guess.
Your family tree doesn't have any branches eh?
Hahahahaha
No that didn't happen. The chemical doesn't exist! It is a myth! If this were real, every public swimming pool would be bright purple, or green, or whatever colour the current story happens to use!

But you can still buy the sign that make people think it does exist.

Um, you're making this up, aren't you?

He could sue you for dirtying his property. lol
Was this the neighbor that had the kid you ran over? Maybe they set you up or something. I told you to bake a sympathy cassarole!
You are to funny what happen did YOU get dropped on your head when you were young? Next time try putting a baby ruth as a floater and the take a bite out of it and say WHAT?
Oh puddles, you've learned nothing from me... you have every right to stab him.. and you know it.
sure, sue him. Then have the law state that he can't stop you from peeing in his pool in the future. Heck, have his pool declared your personal toilet and do a doody there too..sheesh, what is this world coming to when you can't pee in your neighbors pool and the nerve of him getting upset over it.enjoy your day in court, call the press, I'm sure you'll want television coverage of you stating you make it a habit to pee in pools..
