Can I sue my neighbor?
He invited me over for a pool party, but he didn't tell me about this special chemical in his pool that makes the water turn green upon contact with urine. When I peed in his pool, the water around me turned green and everyone knew what had happened. I was humiliated. Plus he yelled at me and made me get out of the pool.

Yes. Tell him that the urine came from a rodent you saw jump in the pool. He blamed the incident on you damaging your reputation and integrity. He should be sued for jumping to the wrong conclusion and causing irreparable damage to your reputation and mental health.
