I was taking a photo copy of my ars? and my boss caught me.?
Yesterday a couple of my office freinds dared me to moonshine the boss when she turned her back, of course I declined but after a load of chicken abuse, you know cluck ,cluck and a few E mails from other sections of the office, I said I would photo copy my ars? and put it on her door. Unfortunately, I was caught Red handed as I was doing the photo shoot and am now on a disciplanery. Any idea's on how to get out of this and what I should say at the hearing .

you should just tell her you are very sorryand that it was very childish, but then even adults are allowed to act childish at times, just don`t get caught, hope it all works out for you ok and you keep your job.
Tell them its being kicked so much you want to copy it and show as evidence of the damage.
Not much you can do, my friend - as you say, you were caught red...er...handed (red buttocked might be better). Just apologise profusely, say you were aware it was a foolish and immature thing to do and say that you were caught up by peer pressure which you now know better than to rise to. And then basically behave yourself.

Well I take it you do have photographic evidence which you might be able to use in mitigation, or is your boss emailing it around all his or her contacts you never know you might have the most publicised bare @rse in Europe.

Just tell her that you are still a child, with no thought of hygiene and you have not yet discovered that broken glass can hurt and can result in expensive rescues and hospital treatment. Tell her you are very grateful to her for not sacking you on the spot for gross misconduct and wish her better luck with your replacement.
Apologise and promise that you will stop acting like a 14 year old. Come on, those people who were calling you chicken didn't do it, so why did you.
