If you get a complimentary ticket to a theme park, is it legal to resell these private party for less?

So say you got a complimentary ticket to a theme park, and the park usually costs $30 to get in, and you sell them private party for $20, is this legal? Or is this considered scalping?

It is technically illegal. I'll bet that it states, in writing, on the ticket that it is prohibited to resell it. If it does say something to that effect on that statement, then, there is an implied contract between you and the ticket provider that, in exchange for the value of the park entrance, you will comply with the terms on the ticket.

Yes, as long as you don't sell them at the front door. That is illegal everywhere, its called scalping. Check ebay, tickets for anything and everywhere.
