How can I prove that I didn't leave UK more than 60 days during the last two years?

I'm living in UK in a settlement visa last two years and I want to apply for permanent residance now, one of the conditions that I have to stay in UK for two years and not allowed to leave the country more than 60 dyas during this period. my question is " how can they know that I didn't leave the country more than 60 days during the mentioned period?"

Answers:
Every time you cross the borders your details will be recorded.

if you left the counrty your passport would show it. Show then a passport that would prove you have not left.
their will know at the immigation and passport control wether you have left the country or not , this is if you have done it legally , , if the minister of immigration is argueing with you over this , then you would be best to go to the immigration and passport control , and as them to write a letter to the minister , for you explaing as to what you have explained inyou question here . IF by somechance none of this works out for you , then go and see a solititor , of law , and seek help from him . good luck
