Wouldnt mad cow disease, foot and mouth, small pox, be more costly than 9/11?

Answers:
if it could be spread over a large area. it would be more costly in money and lives. but it wouldn't be as spectacular as 9/11. these loonies like to make noise if they can to gather as much attention as possible. and create "terror" and fear.

Mad cow disease, smallpox & foot & mouth are naturally occuring diseases ...they've always been around. Nothing can be more costly in overall terms than man- made disasters.
Mad cow decease has caused very little in the way of human deaths, foot and mouth none.Small pox has been practically eradicated. Are you talking about financial cost?
