I need advice my roommate needs to be kicked out and commited?
hes out of control and disrespectful disappreciative and calls me names swears dont clean up after himself eats all food and slams doors and makes messes and acts up like a child and dont take his meds and hes saying hes gonna sue if hes thrown out when its due to his behavior actions and not cleaning up after himself. he needs hot team to take him shopping help him clean take his meds and to find a job . and not much else i can do hes always sorry but doesnt change and want to change he acts up if he dont get his way and what he wants. and been trying to get him out of being thrown out but not much else I can do landlord wants him out and my mom me and my husband sick of roommates behavior attitude and not following lease agreement and last time ill ever help anyone and have had cops called on him have had to call mental health on him and its been out of control and he talks his anger on us when its his family and also people online pissing him off. all can im and email me plz

You can go to the library to read up on the law for leasing in your area. A lease is normally good for one year, and one month prior to the end of the lease, you can notify the person that you do not wish to renew it. Your lease should also have certain criteria, that - when not met- would allow you (or him/her) to end the lease. In the future, and to avoid this kind of issue, just rent on a monthly basis. You may have to evict this person, but it has to be done within the law, and probably through the courts. The cost should be minor if you do your homework, but in most cases it is difficult to remove someone before the initially agreed timeframe.
By virtue of the fact that your name is "wicca angel" and your profile picture shows your 'interesting' choice of clothing and accessories, you have to expect that you are going to attract roommates and friends who are a bit different. Your image projects a weird vibe. Sorry but that's just the truth. If you want normal people you are going to have to be one yourself. Whether we like it or not our appearance is what we project to the world. I don't want to be rude but you kinda got yourself into this mess. You didn't specify if you rent or what but you should probably move out. I think that's a no-brainer. You should know that under contract law, if you break a lease, your landlord has an obligation to mitigate damages. This means that they have to attempt to rerent the place and only charge you the fee for what they couldn't cover. So don't let them pull any crap with you. Move out- move on- think about yourself and what you want out of life. You can't be responsible for someone else's crap. Good luck and clean up the look. ummmmzot its a spell use it on him watch the change if you really believe then you know this. focus white light into a ball then slam it into his head do this over and over unless he has a personable shield then it will work . draw it up from the earth let it build then slam it into his head . it will help or give him headaches till he goes to the doc
