If you feel your attorney isn't representing you who can you contact?

Answers:
If you think the attorney has done something unethical you can contact your state's BAR Association. If you think he is just not a good attorney you should find a new one.

A new lawyer.
Depending upon the circumstances (contractual relationship), you can change attorneys. You might also file a complaint with the state bar association.
Your attorney. Tell him/her that you feel they are not representing you adequately. If they give you a hard time, contact the state BAR.
You should learn to represent yourself in court for 2 reasons:
1. Attorneys cost a lot of money.
2. Corpus Juris Secundum (Complete restatement of the entire body of American law) Volume 7, Section 4 states: An attorney occupies a dual position, which imposes dual obligations. His first duty is to the courts and the public, not to the client and wherever the duties to his client conflict with those he owes as an officer of the court in the administration of justice, the former must yield to the latter.
As has been said already you can contact the state bar association. They will investigate the complaint. You can also contact the state attorney generals office. But first you should notify your attorney that your not satisfied with his service. You can do this once as a courtesy in person or by phone and if that does not get his attention then contact both the State Bar and the State Attorney general by letter with a copy sent to the attorney.
