I Live In My Car... Help Indiana Insurance firm has taken nearly two years to settle this claim. HELP?
house fire 10/2005 INDIANA still have no insurance settlement
help somebody help! I live in my car. my business & my home are both gone. lawyers have taken my remaining cash and have done nothing to help. investigation after investigation and no settlement. where can I turn?

See if you can get assistance with your living arrangements first. Have you talked to a organization such as red cross or someone that might find you housing. It might be easier to deal with the insurance company if you have your basic needs taken care of. Then contact your state attorney general's office and inquire about this. They usually can help you with a company that is not treating you fairly.

Write to all the media outlets
that you're able to.
Bring as much bad publicity to them as possible
and hopefully,
it'll pressure them into paying you what you're due.
