WHAT IS POST DISPOSITION?

Answers:
"Post Disposition" means "after the court's judgment." It means your criminal case is over. In non-criminal proceedings there is no right to court appointed counsel ( the public defender).

The P.D. is not going to represent you in the Department of Children and Family Services action. Hire a private attorney.
