In the state of Arizona, is there a mandatory loss of license of a slightly impaird DUI conviction?

Also, does the state of Arizona provide temporary work driver's license during a suspension period..this is the lowest charge (slightly impaired)...Also, how long is the minimum loss of driving privledges on this charge?

Answers:
The police are required to forward their report to the DMV and to suspend the license for not less than 90 days. If no one was injured while you were DUI, you did not have a previous DUI conviction in the past 84 months, and you have not had your license suspended for a DUI in the past 84 months, the police may suspend your license for 30 days and limit your driving to work and/or school for an additional 60 days.
