Answers:
wow you are nice, in the UK I thought they just opened main gates and told them to make their own way home.

as I would NEVER travel by greyhound bus in the USA have no worries thank you.

regards

they did their time get over it!
If you're asking if I'd be afraid, no. Anyone who walks the street has a high possibility of running into an ex-con.
How would I feel? The con served his time. He paid his debt to society. He's a free man just like me and I'm probably telling myself, "Damn, I bet he's a happy man."
I don't get the question. Do you want a limo service?
Oh Please, when you are out in public you never know who is standing or sitting next to you.
Hey we all make mistakes but if u do the crime u do the time. He most definetly did his time, so I wouldn't feel some type of way about him being in the bus. Anyway how would I know he was a convict? They get regular clothes to come home in and they don't where a Din # stamped on their shirt so no one would even know he's a convict.
If they do their time, untill they screw up again, I don't care.
I guess I wouldnt like that , escpecially If they guy is a violent offender or psychotic drug abuser. This type of things should never happen without disclosing the information to the bus company or the passangers. If something bad was to happen, shouldnt the law enforcement agency be responsible? Certainly if the bus station or company had no Idea, i cant see how they would be responsible.
I would not care. I am not paranoid and I can protect myself. I guess I could run around like an alarmist making a big deal out of nothing but I have better things to do.

There are millions of ex-cons all around the US. 10% that’s 1 in 10 people have gone to jail. That means most people know someone who has at least gone to jail and it is likely most of us know people who have been to prison.

The guy who fixes your car or works on your bike, The guys who mow your lawn or the people who stock shelves at the store you shop at, maybe the cashier, or the Laundromat owner, it could be anyone. Hell half the people in the NFL have been to jail of prison. Maybe that’s not a good example LOL.

You are advocating that ex-cons are visually identifiable anywhere they go. Maybe we should make them where arm bands. I think someone did that in WWII.
