I was 21 when I had jury duty.. I didn't get called but it doesn't matter your age. The pick you based on numbers for a trail, and from there they ask you a series of questions. I don't know anyone who has gotten picked

If you are a registered voter and/or have a driver's license you have the same chance at being called as anyone else.
If you are registered to vote, Your chances are just as good as anyone else out there.
Odds will vary depending on the total number of registered voters, and of those folks,the proportion of them under the age of 21. ;-)=
Various jurisdictions use various public records rosters to pull the jury pools. It used to be only registered voters, but that was found not only too limiting in numbers, but also discriminatory because many people representative of the population did not register to vote. Now, jurisdictions use not only voter registration rolls, but driver's license rolls, power company rolls, library card rolls, etc. They combine them and then take a random sample as needed. Therefore, if your name appears on more than one roll it does NOT increase your chances of being called. It only appears once on the final roll and you will have the same chance (1 out of the total number on the roll) of being chosen for the pool as everyone else on the list. After that, it is up to what happens at the courthouse whether you will actually be chosen to serve.
They choose you from the DMV records, so if an 18 -21 year old person has had any dealing with their local DMV, chances are they could get summoned.

If you are over 18, and are a registered voter, your name is in a pool of registered potential jurors, your chances are as good as anybody else.
