TJerk of a neigbor, help!!?
They steal, lied, gossip & spread false rumors abt us to anyone that walk pass our house! Once tried to hurt me with a garden tool after pushing y huby aside. After 911 call, police said I didn't video tape it eventhoug that idiot was still holding the "weapon"!! another time the remove my temp fence twice. Iset it up to stp them fm comong to my land to remove pavement stones etc. They admitted to the poilce but said tey didn't like it & in front of that police smash one of my pots but the police din't give them a ticket. the next day that ***** called the police & said I not allow to go to teir property when they're in a culdesac & I 've no need to go there but the idiot police only believe her & I told him itneed to work both way. Since then they time when I leave the house & walk all over my lawn. I now as once I left te house & came back after ten mins & saw her there. Another time that *** was on my lwan I yel at him to get off but he didn't & I took a few pixs & call the police!

i uh. know this number... no i'm just kidding, there are stores around where i live (and probably you) called spy supply and they have tiny 'cams wirless and you can record with 'em. 'luck.
Set up video surveillance. It may cost a bit, but it will either allow you to capture the proof you need to press charges, or it will deter a lot of the misbehavior by your neighbors.
it doesnt matter what country you live in the police are idiots! have you thought of hiring a hitman?
Get a restraining order from a judge, also known in some circles as an order of protection. Another option is to move.
Also, there is a book, I believe, with the title of "Spite, Malice and Revenge". *Naturally*, we wouldn't dream of using any of the ~extremely effective~ dirty tricks contained within, but you will find them entertaining nevertheless.

(ANS) I agree with other contributors here you need to have hard factual evidence against these people and the only way to get this is going to be via video images. The best way is to set up a hidden camera some where and allow the camera to do continuous image capture.
Video would be accepted by the Police & the local Authorities as evidence in a court of law if it ever got that far.
**I have hear of and seen other people who won their cases against anti social behavior from neighbors from hell. Using this method, especially were it can be proved that you had tried several times to sort it out verbally without success.

I am not familiar with US legislation in regards bad neighbours but I understand the kind of problem your having.
If you get the proof you need to go to court, what happens next ? Will they obey any restricting orders etc awarded, will they bury the hatchet and turn into normal people ?
Just remember that if you respond in kind, they already have no regard for the law, and will escalate their stupidity and disregard for both you and your property.
All the injunction and court orders aren't going change the fact that they live next door. I would suggest thinking about a long term goal or stategy.
