Consider the arguments that the Queen in Parliament can be bound by its own previous legislation?

I need help to answer this question and don't know where to start.

Answers:
I wonder if you are referring to a rule within our Constitution that states, "no Government can bind a successor Government". Put simply, this means, that no Government can do anything that can't be changed by a following Government. In this respect, the EU treaty/constitution comes to mind.

The term "Queen in Parliament" confuses me. I wonder if your misunderstanding has led you to mis-quote the question. Clearly, we are all bound by previous legislation, but Parliament has the power, by following due process, to enact changes to the law.

I believe that the reigning Monarch, still gives the "Royal Assent" before new acts of Parliament become law. We are still a "Constitutional Monarchy".

what?
all governments are bound by previous legislation unless new legislation that changes/overrides it is passed
The Queen as head of state is exempt from all laws.
I dont think it is right in a modern day and age that the queen should be exempt from all laws she should be answerable the same as anybody else. It is time both her and Phillip were given a retirement Bungalow in Bournmouth.
