Notice to vacate storage unit?
My ex fiance still has some of HIS things in MY storage unit. His name is no where on the contact for the unit. I want his things out and I want them out now. Is there a certain amount of notice I legally need to give him?

No. They have no way to prove that there stuff is there. If that person is not on the contract if I were you I'de throw that persons stuff out and in the trash.

put them on the sidewalk and call him and tell him were they are. Thats what i would do.
Nope trash it. If he calls the cops then he has to prove that the items were in there.
