Answers:
First and foremost YOU need to hire a lawyer to look after your interests. Do not be intimidated by the insurance company's attorney.
An insurance cannot suspend your driving privileges, only the State Department of Motor Vehicles can do that.
If the police officer said it was a no fault then he is highly mistaken. If you had a witness and the officer didn't want to take the information down, he was just coming off shift and didn't want to write up a lengthy report.
If you had no insurance and you didn't get a ticket, lucky you, don't brag about it. Every state now has manditory liability insurance laws.
How can it be your fault if the pickup ran a red light? Because you were in his way?
Again seak a local attorney. Each state's laws vary so asking for an attorney on line isn't your best bet.
You can count on a lawyer to do as much work as he/she can charge for.
