Help me!! Is there a case in this?
me and 3friends underage drank a bottle of bacardi in a friends basement 1 girl got trashed throwing up and passing out and while that was goin on she lost her sidekick 3 its nowhere to be found and no proof she left it there except her sayin she did meanwhile she was beyond gone and her other friend also says she did but is not really sure....now shes threating the kid whos house we drank in sayin she is gunna press charges about the phone being missing and the drinkin at the house

She has no case, and she would really look stupid if she reported that she was drinking and she's underage. Sounds like she's got some other issues, but don't worry, she can't successfully sue anyone for her own stupidity or press charges.
Unless she was forced to drink against her will, she has no legal claim regarding the drinking.
And unless she has evidence of theft -- and the defense would argue that she simply misplaced the item -- she wouldn't be able to meet her burden of proof regarding the lost item either.
She has no case on the sidekick because of lack of proof and she would be implicating herself, apparently, if she carried through on the threat. You are probably better off just ignoring her and not speaking to her anymore unless she drops the threat and apologizes.
What this girl fails to realize is that she will also be charged with underage drinking if she reports them. I doubtly seriously that a judge would reward her anything for BEING DRUNK to the point she can't remember where she left her phone.
