In Oregon How long can an employer wait to issue an writtern warning ?

They should issue it within 24 hours of the issue in question or if the person is gone 24 hours within the time they get back. If it is Friday it should be done Monday.

instead of looking for ways to get around a warning you deserve, you should try to be a better worker.
