In Oregon How long can an employer wait to issue an writtern warning ?

Answers:
They should issue it within 24 hours of the issue in question or if the person is gone 24 hours within the time they get back. If it is Friday it should be done Monday.

instead of looking for ways to get around a warning you deserve, you should try to be a better worker.
in any state it has to be within a reasonable amount of time, usually within 7-10 days.
An employer can issue a written warning anytime they want.
Depends on what the warning was for. Certain conduct may be grounds for immediate dismissal and/or an escorted exit from the workplace in silver bracelets. What are the facts - who, what, when, why and, if relevant, how much?
