How to get locked inside a mall/department store?
I think it would be fun to get locked inside a mall or a big store. Im planning to do it but i dont want to incurr into anything against the law. Like stealing things. Well, maybe eat some snacks... Is it agains the law? even if I say I was locked in accidentally? Do the malls have motion sensors? or people who watch during the night? If that has happened to you.. give me some tips.. ;)

You would be in trouble most likely for conspiracy to commit burglary. Guards patrol, and there are cameras, motions sensors and alarms. There are people there for some time after a store closes and I doubt anyone would buy your story of it being an accident.
one time i was in the changing room as the mall was closing, i got locked into the store, it was so creepy, but finally a security guard let me out haha.
I think I remember a children's book about that, but I'm sure it would be, at the least, trespassing and theft. Most malls have motion sensors and after-hours security, plus eating snacks you didn't pay for is still considered stealing.
Get a better hobby.
There are motion sensors, cameras and alarms, not to mention security guards and the night shift - people who come in and stock the place when it's closed.
I'd say if you purposely do it to eat snacks, etc when no one is around, you may be headed to jail right after leaving the mall!
Now that you have asked the question, you can not morally get away with doing it.
Before, you could have at least told the security that you didn't know that this was wrong. You are confusing the definition of what is legal and what is wrong. It is not illegal to get locked in a store on accident, however, it is wrong to purposely allow yourself to get locked in. Further, they could probably charge you with trespassing or some other charge. How many people a year do you think a mall catches trying to do just what you are talking about?
If you are young and innocent looking, you could probably sweet talk your way out of them pressing charges, but why would you want to take that risk? If anything has happened that day or that night when you are there, you may be blamed for that, even if you had nothing to do with it. If you are looking for something exciting to do with your time, why not find something that has a true upside potential, like volunteering some time at a charity or children's home instead of something that could turn into a mark on your record.
Does trespass come to mind? As in an intentional invasion of the property of another.
As for any other crime, if I were a prosecutor and came across a case in which someone like yourself was found in a mall after hours, guess what I would charge? Criminal trespass, attempted burglary in the first degree, and if you were not alone I would go for conspiracy as well.
Not a smart idea, stick to water sports.
Additionally, by asking for tips you are soliciting aid in the commision of a crime, did you know that?
