I need a GOOD lawyer for my disability case in Arizona A.S.A.P.?
OK I have one now but he is not doing his job ,, S.S.I. IS STILL ASKING FOR THINGS I dont have after five yr s waiting ,, I am deemed disabiled, got all that ,, that is not the problem ,,
I just need another lawyer to take THEM to court for dragging their feet , Please just send contacts I am in Northern Arizona The ones I am using have the biggest adds in thephone book!
But I will borrow money to pay one, or if one wants to do some PRO BONO /work for the taken advantage of ?? Please let me know , I really need some help here .. I have had to sell everything I own My ranch car etc just to stay a float , and its getting a bit to much to handle ,, I am feeling very homicidal about all this ,, I have not done one thing wrong , I must have gotten a case worker on her bad day or the number they want to make me suffer, Thanks a bunch Contacts is what I really need , and What court can I file in , Thank you

Are you bonkers? Then you will have 2 people taking your money instead of just one!
If your current lawyer is incompetent, suing him will not make him any more competent. In fact, it could even...conceivably...irritate him a little bit, which is not conducive to him handling your case with any greater speed!
You will wind up with two lawyers who will probably become fast friends by eating lunch together with your money, the case will drag on for decades, and the only person who loses in the end is you!
If your current lawyer is incompetent, the solution is not to sue him. Just get yourself another lawyer..
