What class is my Federal Felony? Can it be Exponged?
Convicted of Conspiracy to Produce False Identification in 2002. I cant find out what class felony it is. It is federal. I am trying to get it Exponged (sp.). Any ideas on if it can be? if so, what is the best process?

According to 179:62 of NHRS, it is a "Class B" felony.
In my state, CO, you can have any felony expunged after six years, provided that it did not involve violence.

If ordered to pay a fine, you'll likely receive that money from the US Treasury.
