Wrongful termination suit against my employer as a result they file chap 7 the co is open what can i do?

They are still open and using another name am i entiltled to a claim under the new business name. How does this effect my discrimantion claim with EEOC?

Answers:
Sounds scary at first. Crimes are not expunged along with debts in bankruptcy court.

Your former employer is still personally liable. Get it in front of a jury.

If their Chapter 7 request has been approved you are out of luck. But until it has court approval you still have a small chance, the biggest problem is that even if you win you will only be given funds after ALL creditors have been paid.
